We accept payment via all Debit/Credit cards, Wire transfers and Direct deposits into our bank account.

We deliver via DHL and GIGL directly to your doorstep nationwide at subsidized rates depending on your location once payment is affirmed..

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is complete, we will email you with an order number. Just give it a day or so for the order number to be activated for tracking, this can be tracked via our website or you could get in touch with us @slaysaucesquad via Instagram for help with tracking your parcel.

If you gave us the wrong address at checkout

Email us ASAP at slaysaucesquad@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to update this for you. As soon as you order, we will send you a confirmation email so please check your details carefully.

If your order has already been shipped then we can’t make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, we won’t be able to send you another parcel or make a refund.

Can I exchange my order?

The best way to exchange your order is to simply place a new order for the item you want—we cannot receive the item you already have.

Returns and Refunds

To the extent permitted at law we offer no refunds unless a Product is faulty.

If you receive a faulty Product you must advise us via email within 7 days of receiving the product and return the Product in its original packaging to us before we can provide a replacement or refund in a case where there’s no similar product in stock. We do not offer refunds if a Product is lost or damaged once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.  Prices advertised are subject to change, and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to increase prices or to offer sales and other promotions for certain products and for a limited duration.  We do not accept returns or provide refunds for dissatisfaction with the product unless the product is faulty.

Any items purchased using a coupon or during a promotional discount will be final sale and not eligible for a refund or return.

We are not able to accept faulty products or returns from purchases made outside of our website.
